My schedule this week is as follows:
Monday- Quick Fitness at 7:00 am, 1 hour express
Wednesday- Quick Fitness at 7:00 am, 1 hour express
Friday- 7:00 pm at Quick Fitness, Core fusion yoga (yeah!)
Saturday- Sangha Yoga Shala at noon- Intermediate/Advanced class
Sunday- Quick Fitness at 10:00 am
