I woke up with a fever. And, I noticed that I made a mistake with this week's schedule in the previous update (below) and in an email I sent to a lot of my friends. As a good yogi, I just tell myself that these things happen, we make mistakes and we can't control everything, but the New Yorker in me is screaming in my head in pure panic. It's all about the balance.
So, please note, this Saturday, the wonderful Dominick is teaching my noon class at Sangha.
